Read!

• a book published this year

• a book published before I was born

• a book I’ve been meaning to read

• a book I can finish in a day

• a book I’ve already read at least once

• a book that won an award

• a book that intimidates me

• a book recommended by my local librarian

• a book recommended by my teacher

• a book recommended by my parent/guardian

• a book recommended by a friend

Do!

• Keep a reading journal.

• Visit my library at least once each month.
